We are hiring compassionate and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives. As a DSP, your compassion and dedication will create meaningful connections with those you support while empowering them to engage with their community. You will provide hands-on care, emotional support, and community engagement while promoting dignity and respect.
DSPs are the foundation of Community Services, Inc.'s (CSI) services in the Portland area. Ultimately, the goal is to help the people you support feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives. Each shift presents new opportunities to make a difference in the lives of those you serve.
This is a full-time, day shift position located in NE Portland. The schedule runs Sunday through Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 30 hours per week. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for this day shift position.
