About the Role
As a Direct Support Caregiver, you will be the heart of our care delivery, supporting individuals in home and community-based settings. Your mission is to promote independence, dignity, and safety by assisting with daily living activities, facilitating community integration, and implementing individualized care plans.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, families, and clinical team members to ensure seamless care. Your day will involve documenting services and progress, accompanying individuals to appointments and social outings, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. We offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you master skills ranging from behavioral support to crisis de-escalation, ensuring you are equipped to handle the unique needs of every individual you support.
