About the Role
Mosaic Life Care is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Associate to join our Community & Social Services department. In this hands-on position, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, focusing on daily living, health management, and community integration. Your work will be driven by a commitment to promoting dignity, independence, and safety for every individual you serve.

Hiring Process
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and must be able to pass a background check and TB screening. Certification as a Certified Direct Support Professional (CDSP) is preferred, along with CPR and First Aid certification. Additional credentials such as Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training or Medication Aide certification are highly valued where applicable.
