About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality nursing care within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role is vital to our mission of fostering a patient-centered, growth-focused culture where healing and recovery are prioritized. You will serve as a key support to RNs and physicians, ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to educate patients and their families, ensuring they understand their care plans and rehabilitation goals. Your day-to-day impact involves monitoring patient status, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and rehabilitation activities. By maintaining accurate documentation and upholding strict safety protocols, you help optimize patient outcomes and reinforce individualized rehab plans tailored to each person's journey.

Requirements
