Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct nursing care to rehabilitation patients under RN and physician direction
- check_circleAdminister medications and treatments per established care plans
- check_circleMonitor, document, and report patient status and vital signs using EHR systems
- check_circleSupport individualized rehabilitation goals through therapeutic nursing interventions
- check_circleCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- check_circleEducate patients and families on rehab plans, medications, and self-care
- check_circleMaintain infection control and patient safety standards
- check_circleParticipate in care conferences and contribute to discharge planning
Requirements
- verifiedActive LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- verifiedIV therapy certification (preferred)
- verifiedWound care certification (preferred)
