About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of direct resident care, administering medications and treatments while closely monitoring changes in resident conditions. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans, ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of support.
Your day will involve a blend of clinical expertise and meaningful connection. You will supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), maintain accurate electronic health records, and communicate effectively with residents and their families to promote understanding of care. From wound care and phlebotomy to clinical triage and rehabilitation techniques, you will play a vital role in upholding infection control and safety standards while contributing to a warm, compassionate environment.
