About the Role
As a Direct Support Associate, you will join our team to provide person-centered support to individuals in home and community settings. This role exists to promote safety, dignity, and independence for those we serve. You will assist with daily living activities, facilitate community integration, and support skill-building efforts. Your work involves collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
