About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate heart of our patient-centered environment. This role exists to support patients in maintaining their independence and dignity through hands-on personal care. Whether in a home or facility setting, you will be the primary point of contact for daily living activities, ensuring every interaction promotes safety and well-being.
In this position, you will work closely with nurses and the broader clinical team to execute individualized care plans. Your day will involve assisting patients with bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals, while diligently observing and reporting any changes in their condition. You will uphold our core values by creating a safe, clean, and dignified atmosphere for all patients, ensuring that their unique needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
