About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate heart of our patient-centered environment. Your mission is to support patients with daily living activities, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and dignity. Whether in a home or facility setting, you will provide hands-on personal care, assisting with mobility, hygiene, and meals, while serving as the eyes and ears of the clinical team by observing and reporting changes in patient condition.
This role is more than just a list of tasks; it is a partnership. You will work closely with nurses and other caregivers to implement individualized care plans, ensuring that every interaction aligns with the patient's unique goals.
