About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will serve as a compassionate partner to patients, supporting their daily living activities and promoting independence within a patient-centered environment. Whether in home or facility settings, your role is to provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility, hygiene, and meals, and ensure a safe, clean, and dignified atmosphere for all.
You will work closely with nurses and the broader clinical team to follow individualized care plans, observing and promptly reporting any changes in patient condition. This position is vital for upholding the values of our organization while helping patients maintain their quality of life.
