About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the heart of resident-centered care. This role exists to ensure seniors receive the daily support they need for their well-being, comfort, and independence. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene while fostering a safe and dignified living environment.
Your day will involve observing and reporting changes in residents' health and behavior, collaborating closely with nurses and care managers, and following individualized care plans. Whether measuring vital signs, supporting medication reminders, or utilizing dementia care techniques, your work directly impacts the wellness and happiness of our community. You will communicate compassionately with residents, families, and your team, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values.
