About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the heart of resident-centered care. This role exists to ensure seniors receive the daily support they need for their living activities, mobility, and comfort. You will work closely with nurses and care managers to observe and report changes in residents' health, following individualized care plans to promote safety and well-being. Your day will be defined by meaningful interactions, assisting with personal care, and maintaining a clean, dignified living environment.
