About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the compassionate face of our care team, providing essential hands-on support to our residents. This role exists to ensure that every resident receives the highest standard of daily living assistance, from bathing and grooming to mobility support and mealtime hydration. You will work closely with nurses and care managers to monitor vital signs, document health changes, and facilitate restorative activities, all while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
In this position, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, communicating effectively with residents, families, and the broader care staff. Your work directly impacts the well-being of our community, allowing you to grow your elder-care skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Requirements
