About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the heart of resident-centered care. This role exists to assist seniors with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, mobility, and overall well-being. You will be the eyes and ears of the care team, observing and reporting changes in health and behavior while collaborating closely with nurses and care managers to follow individualized care plans.
In your day-to-day, you will provide direct personal care, assist with safe transfers and mobility, and support medication reminders. Beyond clinical tasks, you will foster a safe, clean, and dignified living environment, communicating compassionately with residents, their families, and your colleagues. Your work ensures that every resident feels valued and cared for within our community.
