About the Role
Mosaic Life Care is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Associate to provide hands-on care and guidance to individuals within our community and social services programs. This on-site role is designed to assist with daily living activities, support health and wellness goals, and actively promote independence and inclusion for those we serve.
In this position, you will be a vital link between individuals, their families, and our clinical staff. Your day will involve helping individuals access community resources, attending appointments, and engaging in meaningful activities that foster a sense of belonging. Working within Mosaic's culture of compassion, innovation, and teamwork, you will collaborate closely to maintain a safe, respectful environment while making a direct impact on community wellness.
