About the Role

As a Direct Support Associate, you will play a vital role in our on-site team, providing essential support for daily living activities, personal care, skill-building, and community engagement. This position exists to ensure that individuals with disabilities receive the personalized attention they need to maintain their independence and participate fully in their communities.

In this role, you will follow individualized plans to promote social skills and community participation while ensuring the safety and well-being of those you serve. Your day will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team—including nurses, therapists, and case managers—to coordinate care effectively. You will also maintain accurate documentation, monitor client progress, and communicate clearly with families and guardians. By adhering to health, safety, and infection control protocols, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.
