About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Associate to provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities in both community and home settings. This role is vital for helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity while participating fully in their communities.
In this position, you will be the primary partner for our clients, assisting with daily living activities and implementing individualized support plans tailored to their unique needs. Your day will involve facilitating community participation, monitoring client wellbeing, and collaborating closely with healthcare and social services teams to ensure holistic care. You will work in an environment where safety, respect, and advocacy are at the forefront of every interaction.
