About the Role
As a Supervised Living Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential direct care to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) within our supervised living program. Your primary mission is to foster independence, social development, and personal choice by supporting clients in mastering daily living skills, from money and medication management to building positive interpersonal relationships.
You will serve as a vital member of the Communicare Treatment Team, collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to ensure comprehensive care. Whether in the home, during transport, or out in the community, you will maintain constant supervision and engagement, facilitating meaningful day activities and community integration that enhance the quality of life for those you serve.
