About the Role

TravelNurseSource is partnering with All Medical Personnel to find a qualified Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room (ER) and Trauma unit in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will serve as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing triage assessments, administering medication, utilizing medical equipment, and executing minor medical operations. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting all aspects of patient care, while also providing therapeutic and administrative services. A key part of this position involves advising patients and their families on illness management, care plans, and continued care needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can refine your patient advocacy skills and contribute your expertise to diverse teams.
