About the Role
Maxim is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide essential support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will help clients achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also foster independence by supporting individuals in achieving developmental goals and encouraging community participation through outings and social activities. Additionally, you may transport clients to community activities and are responsible for documenting observations and progress while ensuring a safe environment for every client.
