Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as a trusted business partner and advisor to the organization
- check_circleManage the Accounting and Finance organization staff within OSI Holston
- check_circleProvide guidance and support to senior leaders on site strategy
- check_circleCoordinate with other finance and functional groups to assure data consistency
- check_circleOversee costing analysis of the site and lead team in variance reviews
- check_circleMinimize total costs through review of operations and assignment of capable personnel
- check_circleProvide support of ERP upgrades and assist team with implementations
- check_circleEnsure accurate and timely reporting of financial data and prepare annual operating plans
- check_circleAdvise management on financial matters including indirect, production, and overhead costs
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience
- verifiedExperience in Finance/Accounting Management
- verifiedExperience in Financial Strategy, Planning, and Analysis
- verifiedExperience in Program/Project Management

- verifiedMBA/Graduate Degree
