About the Role
This Digital Marketing Specialist position serves as a critical matrix team partner for the Brand and Omnichannel Planning teams. The role is designed for a versatile collaborator who manages and executes marketing campaigns, overseeing both digital and print materials for a portfolio of brands, therapeutic areas, or franchises. As an integral part of the company's operational process, the specialist acts as the champion for derivative content, owning assets from creation through MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review and execution.
The day-to-day involves working closely with external agency partners, including creative and production agencies, to ensure seamless workflows, asset creation, and on-time delivery. You will manage production budgets, provide year-end forecasting, and oversee vendor relationships while ensuring tactical deployments are executed efficiently. The role requires integrating and optimizing project management tools to drive process improvements and maintain compliance across all marketing materials.
