The Account Management team builds strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering solution-focused support throughout the creative process. We grasp clients' business goals, industry landscape, and challenges, acting as the central connector to drive growth through strategic storytelling and creative insight. As translators, diplomats, and therapists, we navigate diverse perspectives and resolve challenges. We are looking for an Account Management Leader with internal or external creative agency experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the extension of the client, providing creative guidance and feedback through the lens of their needs. You will write creative briefs and facilitate feedback loops between the client and the agency, collaborating with creative strategy, production, and project management teams. As a problem solver, you will expertly handle unexpected client concerns or internal challenges while maintaining momentum. Additionally, you will lead and coach a team, ensuring accountability and driving a strategic-thinking and creative culture.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
