In this Marketing Program Management position, you will partner with program managers and a cross-functional division marketing team—including creative services, digital marketing, events, and analytics—to ensure business unit programs are delivered consistently and on time. You will act as a leader within the Marketing Program Management team, driving consistency across team members and Business Units.
Your day will involve managing resources alongside MPM, traffic, and functional leaders to ensure a balanced workload, faster delivery, and appropriate skillset utilization. You will maintain 100% transparency by communicating program status to BUs and DM leadership weekly, covering prioritization, project status, expectations, and next steps. By anticipating potential roadblocks and proactively collaborating with peers, you will help avoid delays. Additionally, you will manage work in a project management tool (Workfront) to ensure tactics move smoothly through marketing operations and provide input to the Operations team to improve efficiency.
This role is based in an office setting with a standard Monday-to-Friday work schedule.
