We are seeking a Digital Advertising Strategist to help transform our digital advertising team into a data-driven performance machine. In this role, you will partner with product and design to evolve how returns are handled end to end. You will be expected to be proactive and persistent, turning data into profitable insights for our customers and partners alike.
You will manage and delegate the creation of PPC and display campaigns across major platforms, perform market research to build tailored full-funnel strategies, and nurture partner relationships by reviewing performance and negotiating budgets. This is a full-time role based in Lehi, Utah, operating on a hybrid schedule (three days in-office, two days remote per week).
You will work alongside other Associate Directors and Ad Strategists, supervised by the Director of Digital Advertising, and mentored by the VP of Advertising. This team is data-driven and results-oriented, with a culture that encourages ideas and input from all members. You will collaborate regularly to implement actionable solutions and hold regular strategy sessions to share valuable suggestions with brand partners.
