About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Physical Therapist and Digital Health Specialist. You will split your time working three days in person at our Winter Haven clinic and two days remotely, delivering digital health services that include virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring.
As a Digital Health Specialist, you serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Your day-to-day involves efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments while using our digital platform to conduct telehealth visits, including assessments and treatment plan development. You will also perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, engaging in interactive communication to monitor patient progress.
Beyond direct patient care, you will actively participate in the development of the digital health program. You will work closely with operations to meet staffing needs, communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians, and collaborate with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. You will also maintain regular reporting and data analysis of regional service metrics and contribute to program development and marketing efforts.
Hiring Process
To be considered for this role, you must be a board-licensed Physical Therapist with experience in the outpatient setting. Candidates must be willing to obtain licensure in other states as the program expands.
