We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist. You will work 3 days in person at our Winter Haven clinic and 2 days remotely, serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. In this role, you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while participating in the development of the digital health program.
You will make a powerful impact on your local community by delivering inclusive physical therapy treatment. Your day-to-day involves developing personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently documenting evaluations and treatments. You will utilize our digital platform to deliver telehealth visits and perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, ensuring interactive communication and continuous monitoring. Additionally, you will work closely with operations to meet patient care needs, communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians, and support marketing and program development efforts.
Candidates must be board-licensed Physical Therapists with experience in the Outpatient setting. We are looking for individuals dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care who are willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
