CORA Physical Therapy is a community built on the passion and experience of clinicians who embrace a commitment to Treating Everyone Right. We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist. You will work three days in person at our Winter Haven clinic and two days remotely, delivering digital health services that include virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring.
In this role, you serve as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. You will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. Your day-to-day involves using our digital platform to conduct telehealth visits, perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, and communicate treatment revisions to primary clinicians. You will also actively participate in the development of the digital health program, supporting operations to meet patient care needs and contributing to marketing efforts under the direction of the Director of Digital Health.
Candidates must be board-licensed Physical Therapists with experience in the outpatient setting. We are looking for individuals dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care and are willing to obtain licensure in other states as the program grows.
CORA Physical Therapy is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
