About the Role
As a Digital Health Specialist, you will ignite your career by bridging the gap between in-clinic care and the digital world. This hybrid role is designed to provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
You will participate in the development of our digital health program, working closely with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services. Your day-to-day involves delivering telehealth visits, performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, and utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure patient outcomes. By using EMR automations and AI-powered tools, you will efficiently document evaluations and treatments, allowing you to focus on making a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be licensed in any compact state and be willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed. The role requires a diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and a current Physical Therapy state license (or one in process). Digital or telehealth experience is preferred.
