We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist, blending in-clinic presence with remote care. You will work 3 days in person at our Winter Haven clinic and 2 days remotely, serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers.
In this role, you will develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population while utilizing cutting-edge software to objectively measure outcomes. You will leverage digital platforms to deliver telehealth visits, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plan development, alongside performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services. Beyond direct patient care, you will participate in the development of the digital health program, support operations to meet staffing needs, and collaborate with the Director of Digital Health to optimize and grow remote services.
Candidates must be board-licensed Physical Therapists with experience in the outpatient setting. We are looking for individuals dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care who are willing to obtain licensure in other states as the program expands.
