We provide a full range of outpatient services for clients with orthopedic problems, work-related injuries, sport injuries, and neuromuscular and neurological conditions.
About the Role
This hybrid position invites you to ignite your career as a Digital Health Specialist. You will work 3 days in person at our Winter Haven clinic and 2 days remotely, serving as a vital liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. In this role, you will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while participating in the development of our digital health program.
You will make a powerful impact on your local community by delivering inclusive physical therapy treatment. Your day will involve developing and delivering personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population, objectively measuring outcomes using cutting-edge software, and utilizing digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits, assessments, and treatment planning. You will also perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, communicate revisions to primary treating clinicians, and support operations to meet patient care and staffing needs.
Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must be board-licensed Physical Therapists with experience in the Outpatient setting. We are looking for individuals dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care who are willing to obtain licensure in other states as needed.
