This role exists to improve digital literacy across the organisation, support system efficiency, and ensure high standards of data quality. In this position, you will work collaboratively with various teams to optimise the use of applications and digital processes. Your day will involve delivering tailored training sessions, providing one-to-one support to ensure staff feel confident using digital tools, and conducting data health checks to maintain accuracy and compliance. You will also collaborate with Head Office and development teams to integrate new branches, implement system updates, and validate dashboards, ensuring that our digital infrastructure supports our mission effectively.
