The Digital Insights & Analytics Leader serves as a strategic bridge between technical analytics depth and business strategy. In this critical position, you will lead a high-performing team of analysts to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Your mission is to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that shape organizational priorities, support M&A execution, and evolve the company's capabilities toward advanced predictive modeling.
You will partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into robust analytics roadmaps. By championing a data-driven culture, you will influence senior leadership through consultative skills and compelling data storytelling. This role is designed for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and UX to deliver solutions that drive competitive advantage and improve customer outcomes.
