About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and tenacious Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is integral to the success and retention of our agency's clients. As the account team leader, you will guide the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, working alongside a team of copywriters, designers, and content creators.

You will be a proactive, relationship-focused leader who educates clients on our strategic approach while advocating for their success. The day-to-day involves managing multiple client accounts across various industries, understanding their business objectives, and setting meaningful KPIs. You will drive campaign performance through integrated tactics including paid advertising, branding, email, social media, SEO, and landing page optimization. While you will work independently with responsibility for your accounts, you will be supported by teammates who are committed to your success.

Work Environment & Culture

KWSM operates on a unique 9/80 work schedule, providing every other Friday off to enjoy three-day weekends every other week. We utilize a hybrid model, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home. Our culture values creativity, communication, organization, teamwork, and loyalty.
