About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and tenacious Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is integral to the success and retention of our agency's clients. As the account team leader, you will guide the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, working alongside copywriters, designers, and content creators. You will act as a proactive, relationship-focused partner to clients, educating them on our strategic approach while advocating for their success.
In this position, you will drive campaign performance through integrated tactics including paid advertising, branding, email, social media, SEO, and landing page optimization. You will manage multiple client accounts across various industries, setting and achieving meaningful KPIs. While you will work independently with responsibility for your accounts, you will be supported by a team that is committed to your success. The role offers the freedom to make a difference for clients and share your expertise.
Work Environment & Culture
KWSM operates on a unique 9/80 work schedule, providing every other Friday off to enjoy three-day weekends every other week. We utilize a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office and two days at home. Our culture values creativity, communication, organization, teamwork, and loyalty.
