Sanitation is a top priority; you will maintain a clean and safe workstation in compliance with BVRHC, Sodexo, and all regulatory agency standards. Beyond the kitchen, you will manage critical record-keeping tasks, including food temperature logs, equipment checks, and production logs. In roles involving the cashier function, you will handle cash drawers with accuracy, reconciling deposits to maintain the department's financial integrity.
Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will attend monthly safety inservices and team meetings to stay aligned with operational goals and receive feedback. By maintaining open communication with coworkers and management, you help foster an atmosphere of cooperation and continuous improvement.
