About the Role
As a Technician at Penske, you will accelerate your career while helping our customers keep their vehicles in shape and on the road. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on the newest and best-maintained fleet of vehicles in the industry. No two days are the same; you will work on a wide variety of equipment rather than being limited to a single manufacturer.
Working alongside experienced supervisors and master technicians, you will learn about our vehicle maintenance processes and the cutting-edge technology we use. We take pride in our clean facilities and provide all necessary major shop tools. Whether you are looking for your first job out of school or have vehicle repair experience and want to switch gears, this role offers a stable career with significant opportunities for growth.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background screening, which includes criminal checks, past employment, and education verification. The process also requires the ability to pass a drug screen and a physical examination as required by the Department of Transportation. For CDL holders, a DOT Drug Screening will occur within 30 days of the start date, subject to an FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
