About the Role
As a Technician at Penske, you will accelerate your career while helping customers keep their vehicles on the road. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on the newest and best-maintained fleet of vehicles in the industry. Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background screening, which includes criminal checks, past employment, and education verification. The role is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and designated as safety-sensitive. Successful candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam as required by the DOT. Additionally, a current driver qualification file must be maintained, including an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records from prior employers.
