To join our team, you will need to complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background screening, which includes criminal checks, past employment, and education verification. As this position is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and designated as safety-sensitive, you must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam. Additionally, you must maintain a current driver qualification file, which includes an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records from prior employers. CDL holders will undergo a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of their start date.
