As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude to diagnose technical issues while delivering outstanding service. In this position, you will become familiar with brakes, alignments, and continually learn in the rapidly changing automotive industry. You will perform line technician services, routine inspections, system diagnostics, and problem-solving. The role involves providing clear communication and feedback to guests regarding their vehicles, as well as offering guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians. You will be expected to promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
