Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background screening, which includes criminal checks, past employment, and education verification. The role is regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and requires a current driver qualification file, including an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records from prior employers. CDL holders will also undergo a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of their start date.
