About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch dialysis treatment to patients with renal failure. As part of Encompass Health, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and compassion.
In this position, you will operate dialysis machines, monitor patient responses to treatment, and administer medications as prescribed. Your day will involve performing initial patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families on disease management and treatment adherence. You will also coordinate closely with multidisciplinary team members to enhance overall patient care while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards to maintain a safe therapy environment.
