Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is the nation's largest nonprofit dialysis provider. Since opening our first clinic in Nashville, Tennessee, 50 years ago, we have grown to over 270 locations across 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients daily. Our mission is rooted in the belief that "the care of the patient is our reason for existence." We are dedicated to a holistic approach, offering hemodialysis, home dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis options to empower patients to live meaningful, productive lives while reducing hospitalizations.

About the Role

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care within one of our in-center hemodialysis units. You will be an integral part of a patient care team, ensuring safe care and prioritizing the highest quality outcomes for every patient. Our RNs work in a comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers, allowing you to build deep relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals facing chronic kidney disease.

We offer a supportive environment where you can lead a small patient care team, contribute to onboarding new staff, and participate in patient care conferences. Hiring Process & Application

We are currently offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced dialysis nurses. We encourage new graduates to apply, as we provide comprehensive paid training including classroom sessions and one-on-one skills development.
