How You'll Change Lives
As a Dietitian at U.S. Renal Care, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing excellent care for patients living with kidney disease. Working under the supervision of a RDN Regional Manager, you will utilize current, science-based practices to recommend therapeutic diets tailored to patient nutritional needs, preferences, and treatment changes.
Your role involves reviewing lab results to provide education on critical nutritional interventions, including fluid and sodium management, potassium control, and CKD-Mineral and Bone Disorder management. Beyond direct patient care, you will conduct assessments, participate in care planning, and engage in monthly interdisciplinary patient care conferences to ensure comprehensive support.

What to Expect
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Medical Director, physicians, facility administrators, social workers, nurses, and patient care technicians. A key part of your day involves maintaining positive relationships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, agencies, vendors, and the broader community.
You will also help drive clinical and operational processes with a focus on improving patient health and achieving target outcomes. This includes maintaining a productive quality assurance program and participating in monthly Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
