As a Dietitian at U.S. Renal Care, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing excellent care for patients living with kidney disease. Working under the supervision of a RDN Regional Manager, you will utilize current, science-based practices to recommend therapeutic diets tailored to patient nutritional needs, preferences, and treatment changes.
Your role involves reviewing lab results to provide education on critical nutritional interventions, including fluid, sodium, potassium, and CKD-Mineral and Bone Disorder management. Beyond direct patient care, you will conduct assessments, participate in care planning, and engage in monthly interdisciplinary patient care conferences to ensure comprehensive support.

In this position, you will collaborate with Medical Directors, physicians, facility administrators, social workers, nurses, and patient care technicians. You will also maintain positive relationships with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, agencies, vendors, and the community. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving clinical and operational processes, maintaining a productive quality assurance program, and achieving target goals for patient outcomes through monthly Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities.
