Dialysis Facility Administrator

About the Role

The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational management, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.

This position is pivotal in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment for patients. The Administrator coordinates all departmental functions, oversees staffing levels, and manages the quality assurance processes required by the ESRD Network Coordinating Council and Medicare. By bridging the gap between clinical care and business operations, the Administrator ensures that patient outcomes align with corporate goals and that the clinic remains a trusted partner within the community.

Requirements

verifiedCurrent RN license in applicable state (if nursing requirements met)
verified18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure (if nursing requirements met)
verifiedCPR certification required within 90 days of hire (if nursing requirements met)
verifiedAbility to distinguish all primary colors (if nursing requirements met)
verifiedMust meet applicable specific state requirements
