The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.
The Administrator acts as a bridge between the clinic staff, the Medical Director, the Governing Body, and the broader organization. This position is critical for maintaining a safe, sanitary environment, optimizing patient care outcomes, and fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic oversight and hands-on management. You will coordinate patient scheduling to ensure effective staffing levels, review incident reports, and lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance, managing equipment maintenance, and overseeing staff development and performance.
You will work closely with the Medical Director and physicians to maintain strong partnerships, while also engaging with area hospitals, vendors, and the community to promote the clinic's services. Whether conducting formal meetings with the governing body or stepping in to assist with clinical duties as a Charge Nurse, you will be the driving force behind the clinic's operational readiness and success.
Candidates selected for an interview will be evaluated on their leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of dialysis management. The process includes a review of qualifications against state-specific requirements and a discussion of your experience in managing healthcare operations.
