The Hospital Services Administrator serves as the operational leader for assigned hospital programs, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of dialysis services. Reporting directly to regional operational management, this role acts as a strategic partner to hospital administration, medical directors, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care and program growth.
In this position, you will foster a collaborative environment by establishing positive relationships with area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community. You will champion guest customer service standards, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and complaints while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and compliant physical environment. The role requires balancing clinical excellence with financial stewardship, driving program growth in alignment with company and hospital goals.
