The Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of all clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality patient care.
This position exists to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution. The Administrator drives program growth, optimizes staffing and scheduling, and manages financial targets to ensure the clinic's sustainability. Beyond operations, the role is critical for maintaining a safe, sanitary environment and fostering a culture of quality improvement through active leadership of QAPI meetings and committees.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on oversight. You will coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely access to care while managing labor and supply costs. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing incident reports, and maintaining accurate patient records required by the ESRD Network Coordinating Council and Medicare.
You will act as a key partner to the Medical Director and physicians, maintaining collaborative relationships with area hospitals, vendors, and the community. Whether conducting formal meetings with the governing body, supervising staff development, or stepping in to fulfill Charge Nurse responsibilities during critical moments, you ensure the clinic runs smoothly and safely.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a comprehensive review of their leadership capabilities, regulatory knowledge, and operational experience. The process includes verifying qualifications for the Administrator role and, where applicable, the Registered Supervising Nurse designation, including state-specific licensing and certifications.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. All full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and PTO. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring a fair and equitable hiring process.
