About the Role

The Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of all clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.

This position is critical for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment where patient care is prioritized. The Administrator acts as the bridge between the governing body, medical directors, and clinical staff, ensuring that all departments function cohesively to meet corporate goals for quality and patient outcomes.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic oversight and hands-on management. You will lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings, reviewing incident reports and implementing corrective action plans to ensure continuous improvement. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to staffing strategy, coordinating schedules to meet patient needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will also serve as a key partner to the Medical Director and physicians, fostering collaborative relationships that enhance patient care. Whether you are managing equipment maintenance, overseeing inventory levels, or stepping in to fulfill Charge Nurse responsibilities during critical moments, your focus remains on operational readiness and guest service standards.
